YES, we provide a formal emailed quote to the email address(es) you provide. Your acceptance or APPROVAL of the quote is required to get your order into our production phase and schedule.
We have a showroom in our Palmyra, NJ location that is available, M-F from 9:00am to 5:00pm that you can come in and look over various sample items that we have in stock or if we do not have the sample item that you are looking for we would be more than happy to order in a sample blank item for you. We will make a decorated sample, as per your request at a fee.
We have various websites available for you to view for sizing charts and available colors and styles.
We typically strive to have your order completed as quickly as possible; however, the normal timing would be approximately 2 weeks on a stock order and 3-4 weeks on custom orders. If your order has a specific date needed, please make sure to let your Customer Service Representative know that at the time you are placing your order.
DEVO Athletics is located in Palmyra, NJ for easy access pickup. However, we can also ship your order via UPS or FEDEX at current shipping rates. This will be added to your quote or invoice.
The DEVO team of highly specialized professionals review your order at every step of the way…from initial consultation, reviewing your artwork and files, design/artwork placement, design/artwork colors and sizing. We provide a virtual mockup of your selected item for you to be able to review, make changes or provide final approval so that your item(s) can go into production.
Postproduction, the DEVO Team reviews all the details of your order with you to make sure that every order is flawless. Our goal is 100% Customer Satisfaction

In today’s age of technology, we are one of only a few companies that actually have people answer the phone so you will be able to speak with one of our very qualified staff that would be willing to assist you with any questions you may have with your order. We are open Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm and by appointment only on Saturday. If you need us to hang around or wait for you to come by, please just let us know and we would be happy to wait for you to come in.
